The combination of Ashley's powerful drumming, Sarah and Chris' captivating voices, and the mesmerizing guitar and bass melodies from Dave and Desmond, respectively, made for an unforgettable night of live music for everyone to enjoy.

With a range consisting of 80s classics and 90s bangers, everyone was up on their feet dancing and enjoying the music. The energy in the room was contagious and the crowd was feeling it. The night was a hit and everyone was eager to hear more. It was a great way to bring the community together.

"It is always such a thrill performing in the local pubs. You know, we go there in the afternoon for a pint or two and then by night we get to play our favourite songs...We get to play what we want really and the audience loves it. I don't know what's better than that."

Their cover of 'Sweet Home Alabama' by Lynyrd Skynyrd got the crowd singing along to the chorus and the tunes of 'Teenage Dirtbag' by Wheatus got the crowd excited as they began jumping up and down to the beat. The atmosphere in the room was electric, filled with energy and excitement. The band's infectious enthusiasm and powerful performance had everyone fully immersed in the music, creating an unforgettable experience for all.

They played many more songs such as 'Living on a Prayer' by Jon Bon Jovi, 'Back in Black' by ACDC and 'Fast Car' by Tracy Chapman. The crowd was singing along to every song, and their enthusiasm kept the band going, inspiring them to play even harder and longer. The powerful performance, combined with the energy of the crowd, created an atmosphere like no other and smiles were seen all around.

Wordsworth's journey to becoming a popular band in Northampton has been marked by their consistent performances and ability to connect with the local community. Through their energetic and powerful performances, they have created a loyal following who eagerly anticipate their shows at venues like The Squirrels, The Trumpet and The Spinney Hill. Their diverse range of songs, spanning across different decades, appeals to a wide audience, making them a go-to choice for those seeking a memorable night out or a chance to bond with friends and family.

"We like to play as often as we can...you know when we can really. If we do book a night where we can play we always promote it on our Facebook page so if anyone ever wants to come see us in person and wants to have a good night, you know where to find us."
